zlep
Hello, First of, I love the FM 2016. It's the first FM since FM 2006 I got addicted to again. Anyway, I now consider to switch from Windows to an iMac and I would like to know if the FM works smoothly on it. I read some old threads (http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/441259-Loud-Fans-Poor-Performance-Overheating-on-Mac) (December 2015) about some problems. Unfortunately the thread was closed and no further information given if the bugs are fixed. But overall: Is the iMac Late 2015 powerful enough to play FM 2016 well? Andrew K
I have a mid 2010 Mac Pro that still has relatively beefy specs and the match processing has slowed to a crawl since the latest patch. It ran fast in the previous patches and I haven't had trouble with other games, so I think it has something to do with the changes SI made, but I'm not certain. I ended up reverting back to FM15 which runs smoothly.
Guest
I've recently posted in the following thread - http://community.sigames.com/showthread.php/451442-Macbook-Pro-Late-2015-Retina-Issues?p=10813404#post10813404 The rub is that MacBooks are not designed for gaming & as the demands of games increase this becomes more of an issue for the end user, unless Apple change their design philosophy the gap in gaming performance between MacBooks & Windows based laptops will keep increasing. Not sure if this carries over to desktop Mac's

london boy
I like to play with lots of leagues and players loaded. I haven't experienced any major issues on the late 2015 iMac.
