Scouting the National Pool - what am I doing wrong?

My national pool of players, about half of them have no star ratings for ability, potential and recommendation, so I sent the scouting pool to get national reports. The individual scouting reports show up in my inbox, but when I pull up the national pool, none of those players display the star ratings, but if you click on the player and check for their national scouting report, their star rating is visible there. If I'm trying to select a team, it's a tremendous hassle if I have to click on 100+ players that aren't displaying star ratings. And if I miss a 4-star player because he's showing as "unknown", then I'm going to hear about it in the press every time I select a team.

Shame there was never a reply for this, I’m struggling now to get reports for all the players in my scouting pool
