In the past ive been lazy and let the assistant do it which worked fine. however i thought id give it a try doing it myself and although early in season looked like team started off better than normal is thios coincidence or is it better doing it yourself? Smurf Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 It depends on your assistants coach ratings and if you have assigned to a task in training. If you feel you can do a better job then do it, if the Assistants coaching ratings are terrible then I wouldn't let them near the training and assign them a role in the training schedule. Hairycull Posted January 19, 2015 Share Posted January 19, 2015 I do my own match training prep, match tactics until all 3 of my tactics are 100% then just go with attack positioning. Leave opponent instructions to assistant manager due to me playing when the majority of real players have retired and I cant be bothered going through every team I play against to work out whats best.
