I enquire for him and they want 10m. I offer them 7 m because my scout told me I would have chance to get him for between 7-12m. The fact you aren't paying the whole fee up front is a likely reason for it going up to £11m. If they came back with that i would negotiate again offering around £8.5m all in one go.
