Keithyboyz Posted December 21, 2014 Share Posted December 21, 2014 I am Southampton and I have few players that unhappy with training: Nathan Clyne says that he feels that he is not getting enough attention on defending training, I have got 5 stars for my defence coach and I have also gave him a new preferred move for defending. does anyone know what this could be? bofmar Posted December 21, 2014 Share Posted December 21, 2014 Sounds like your coaches are on heavy work loads.You can check that in the training section.If you indeed have this problem then you should get rid of/loan out some players and.or get more coaches to lighten the work load Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
A Double K Posted December 21, 2014 Share Posted December 21, 2014 Or you could just make yourself as a coach do everything which helps lower the workload of the coaches and reduce expenditure by not needing to get more staff.
