I feel 1 click to the right is the best option because it allows you to nearly max out Mental attributes if you remove all Adaptability which makes it fairly easy to get a 5 star rating in one or two coaching areas. 5 star defending relies on defending and tactical, so if you go with 20 motivating, discipline and determination and get rid of fitness and goalkeepers (5 star coaches in those areas are relatively common due to being easier to become) you can put defending and tactics up to 20 and fill out the rest, and this gives you the flexibility of being either a 5 star defending coach or a 5 star tactics coach. http://i.imgur.com/ea926n9.jpg ^ What's your view?
