Basically, i have located a few 'promising' young players which i am trying to sign but i have already had one deal fail due to not getting a work permit. I have already requested a feeder club at the start of the current season which was to loan youth players out to. How long do i have to wait until i can request another to help with the work permit issue as i don't fancy letting these potential gems slip away.
