Valencia7 Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 I wanted new youth facilities and demanded it from the board. After some convincing and press leakes they accepted my request. But now that they are finished I recieved strange "email". The strange thing is the cost of facilities because it's usually just few millions but now... Is it possible that this loan also covers the cost of new stadium which is being build (yes Man Utd is moving from OT :/)? Because 515M for new youth facilities is really expensive... santy001 Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Investment in youth facilities isn't subject to FFP rules. Probably doing something a bit dodgy with transfer signings! It's likely that if the stadium is being done as well and the news is at the same time that is why because clubs won't usually take out a loan for the training/youth facilities.
