Hmmm... My first advice is to check the needs of your players and your team and then act accordingly. But as this probabely wont help very much, I give you my training set ups. This works for a Premier League team with lots of Cup and Champs league matches.

Pre Season

Team training: Fitness/high

Match Prep: Tactics only/50% (don't train 3 different tactis in the beginning, start with max 2)

Individual training: according to assistant advice/low

No days off

If/when tactical familarity reaches fluid, I change match prep to whatever seems fit, often teamwork.

Last week before the season starts:

2 days off

Team training: mostly balanced, rarely on of the other options/low

Match prep: whatever is needed and depending on opposition/30%

Individual training: high/detailed check of every player, the role(s) he will play in and the deficits he has for that. Focus set accordingly. Check on the focus every 1-2 months.

Day off after a match

Make sure you have at least one coach on every training category. Don't let the workload get too high. If possible, assign one coach to one category.

And last: don't forget the youth set up!

Senior Team

2 Fitness Coaches

2 GK Coaches (1 of them is my Ass Man)

5 Regular Coaches (1 each for tactics, Ball Control, Defending, Attacking, Shooting)

(and one just because he is a club legend but relatively useless as a coach)

U21

1 U21 Manager

No extra coaches needed, training is conducted by senior coaches

U18

1 U18 Manager (Tactics)

1 HoY (Shooting)

2 U18 Fitness Coaches

2 U18 GK Coaches

3 Regular U18 Coaches (Ball Control, Defending, Attacking)

But I must stress that this set up is not necessarily the right set up for you. If you play lower leagues or have less matches (due to not having european football) you might have to adapt this by increasing the team training.
