joetucker93 Posted August 8, 2014 Share Posted August 8, 2014 hey guys!! im playing FM 14, i'm used to the tactics etc the only problem I have is 'credibility' when you substitute a player on, the reason is always ' lack of credibility' how do I make a positive remark to that player? Yes Semi Pro is far too low compared to Man City and will give you several issues such as the one you are seeing. Not really a lot you can do about it now, if you do well after a couple of seasons the players will start to respect you more and you'll have less morale/talk issues.
