Ohdear
What makes for a good head physio or does it not matter at all? Mine does not have particularly great physio stats or anything else for that matter. Is it worth replacing him with someone better or leaving him be? If I do replace him, what sort of stats should I be looking for (other than good physio scores)?
Xinxin
I usually look for physiotherapy first and foremost. Then I would go for motivating (to motivate an injured player to follow exercises and training programmes) and man management (handling different players is difficult - injured or not). Not sure what would differ in a head physio though. No idea if this is the right way to go about the stats either, so I might be totally wrong here
Dr. Hook
Discipline is also a good attribute for a physio. For a head physio, I select the best one of my bunch

heliu5
For head physios and head scouts I look for Man Management besides Phy/JPA+JPP, Motivating, Determination, Discipline and Adaptability if he's a foreigner.
