Potential Ability and Current Ability

I remember in fm 12 or 11, not sure which but I had this add on that I put in my skin folder, was called panels or something like that but it meant when you opened up your squad it gave you a star rating of potential ability and current ability of your own players. Is there anyway to do that on 2013. Was really helpful in managing in leagues where you know little about the teams.

You can right click on the headings for the columns of your squad list and edit them, like this.

'assistant manager's opinion of this player's current/potential ability' are the ones to add.

Make a custom view and add columns as needed.
