Noticed that when Premier League teams sack managers a lot of them seem to appoint their current assistant managers. Can understand it when it's caretaker manager, they do well and then get the job but too many teams appoint their assistant instead of searching for a new manager like they would do.
I've seen Birmingham appoint Watson, Blackburn appoint Kean and Wolves appoint Connor.
what bothers me is that when managers from major clubs like ManU or Chelsea get sacked,
managers from rival clubs like Arsenal or Liverpool or ManCity actually fills the spot.
furthermore i am put off by the notice about how insecure other managers' jobs are.
they come like what? 5notice per week?
