Most of the best countries have rules where they do not allow their kids Under 18 to sign for foreign clubs (as many of you know). Any countries out there where this doesn't apply? swisso Posted June 17, 2010 Share Posted June 17, 2010 I believe it's a FIFA rule that is supposed to limit the transfers of u18 players Internationally. I think FIFA are supposed to meet and decide each transfer on a case-by-case basis and either approve or reject it.
