JackDavies
Obviously all European Union countries im guessing will have similar policies in terms of work permits, but are there any countries outside the EU, but are still in the champions league were it is easier to get foreign players in? Turkey, or Russia or other non EU places?
AcidBurn
Might not be what you mean but Holland are in the EU and champions league but have no work permit rules, I think Belgium are pretty relaxed about it aswell. Ukraine doesnt have work permits but you can only have 7 foreign players in starting 11.
SCIAG
Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Israel (not even in Europe), Kazakstan, most of former Yugoslavia and USSR, Switzerland. It's actually harder to get foreign players in in these countries- all non-Russians are foriegn in Russia, for example. The best league is either the Dutch or Portuguese league- no restrictions at all
