Low match turnout

I'm playing as Leyton Orient and for the preseason friendlies I decided to do a tour of Isreal. I played 4 of the teams in their highest league but the highest turnout was...5 people...

Now I know Leyton Orient aren't exactly a big attraction especially in Isreal where I'm sure most people have never heard of them but I'd have expected more people than that. At least 500 maybe? Just the diehard fans of the home clubs should number more than that right? As since it's a preseason friendly the tickets shouldn't have been expensive I assume.

Does anyone else experience this? And is it intended to be like this?

5 people would surely be a bug. The manager's wife and a carload of people stopping by to buy a hotdog and have a quick gander at the game seems like an unrealistically tiny crowd. I'd say bring it up in bugs/data issues

The highest turnout of the 4 games were 5 people? What were the other attendances?

I think I've had 14 before, but that was in the lower Norwegian leagues.
