We are sorry for the inconvenience." it says this is the file causig the problem "C:\DOCUME~1\HP\LOCALS~1\Temp\1b2_appcompat.tx t" but i dont no what to do. Not everyone on this forum have english as their first language and may not understand what you have typed. Do you have an anti-virus program running at the same time as FM? If so make sure that it ignores any folders that fm might need to use as this sometimes causes problems. You could also search google for something called crap cleaner. Once installed this will delete all the unessessary stuff on your computer including stuff in the temp folder which is where this file seems to be located.
