alimac
During a match my assistant always say something like "There is too much of a gap between midfield & defence / midfield & attack" I play usually variations of 442 formation and nearly always have 1 of my CMs more defensive and one more attacking. I also have one of my attackers at a slightly lower attacking mentality - again so he can link up better with the midfield. Anyone know how to please the assistant so he is happy? backpackant
Tactics forum, mate. It's covered in detail in there. Essentially, it's the instructions to different players. I usually get this bit of advice but it rarely affects my game.
