4457
Really depends what you need one for. Personally if it's for loaning players out I try to stick to clubs in playable leagues, so at least I can see the matches they've played in. Work permit feeders... Belgium and Poland, that's about it really. International financial benefits... USA, Japan, China, it doesn't really matter.

Gunnapaul
Bolton are my feeder club for my Bradford team, not out of my choice, not very happy with the setup as Bolton dont have many decent youngsters I can take on loan.
4457
4457 could you explain how a work permit feeder works? If a non-EU player accepts your contract offer but has his work permit (and work permit appeal) both turned down, if you have a work permit feeder you can still sign him. However he will be unable to play for your club and you'll have to send him out to your WP feeder for how ever many seasons (typically 2-4) until he gains nationality of that country, which will qualify him to be an EU citizen and thus negate the need for a WP.
