donaldbeaton
iv got a job in northern ireland at a reall small semi-pro team. iv got a small wage budget but im way over the limit because all my u-19s are on £35 a week which is the same as first team players and it says they are on month-by-month contracts but also they are contracted for 3 years so i cant afford releasing them and cant transfer list them. this problem is meaning i dont have any chance signing any players because of being over budget so i dont know what to do. thanks if anyone can help
pelicanstuff
I would fire the buggers, even if it puts you into debt. Long-term stability can be worth a short-term blow. Obviously keep ones with great potential if any.
donaldbeaton
Yeah, i was going to do that but if i fired most of them i would be in huge debts for the size of the club cos each player needs £6000 paid to them if i do release them. MrPompey
Why release them, try selling them first but remember to view the ass man reports. Some of these may be good players for the future
