The title kind of suggests that there's a "Friend" title as well, but my nose is rather brown and Sir Alex still only has the "Feels the two of you could become friends". There was nothing above 'feels the two of you could become friends' (I think) but you would appear on their favoured personnell list if they liked you enough. In my last save any manager with Crystal Palace as one of their favoured teams loved me (I am a Palace fan). Me, Steve Coppell and Gareth Southgate >>>> :).
