Arkim Posted November 16, 2008 Share Posted November 16, 2008 Yes, you can play FM 09 with the internet off. The internet is only required for authentication. Even if you don't have access to it, you can activate by phone. There is a DirectX update included within the installer, so if you are unaware whether you need to update or not, I would suggest doing so just to be on the safe side.
