djt2010 Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 Finished work early today so was looking forward to getting home and having an afternoon on FM2009 before the missus got home and started badgering me to do DIY etc. Unfortunately it seems I have been sent a duff one. TesBramble Posted November 14, 2008 Share Posted November 14, 2008 Right click My Computer Select Properties Open the Device Manager tab Select the Hard Disk Controller line Right click Master IDE controller Select Properties Select the settings tab Look for the drop down menu titled, Dual IDE Channel Settings Make sure it is set to Default Click OK and reboot I got to the Device Manager, opened it up, and found a disk with a little cross on it, I right clicked that and enabled.
