I have one scout permanently based in South America, and there always seems to be a talented Brazilian regen that would do nicely in my squad Cheap as well, if you spot them early enough you can get them for next to nothing, no rival transfer bids etc. Only problem is that you may have to loan them out to one of your affiliates for 3 or so seasons if they don't get granted a work permit. I'm probably going to put a scout permanently in Portugal next, although there's affordable talent in the Baltic and Eastern Europe as well. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
