Ask to pick...

Firstly, who do you ask to pick your team, I would imagine the coach/assistant with high tactical knowlege and judging player ability.

Secondly, does it actually work? I just tried it for the first ever time and all the coaches I asked put my top goalscorer in the DC position!?!?!?

He is a ST, and when I click his positions there's nothing else there other than ST! Not even a yellow position!

I pick my team. But in answer to your question attacking coaches would pick attacking team etc

When i do it i ask my assistant. I only do it as he picks more or less the line up i'd pick and changing 3 or 4 players round is faster than selecting a whole team manually. I don't get why people use this feature to actually pick thier team?

I personely have never even tried this so I wouldn't know. I believe that you should be the one picking the team because you know how players are playing currently and who plays best in which position etc.

I'm not doing too well and looking towards relegation, I just wanted to try another selection based on an AI opinion, but I was puzzled when my star ST was put in DC.

if i have to ask- i go to first team coach, but unless i dont know the team i do it mkyself!

I only ask if im new to a club and i dont know the players.. until i get to know them.

I select my team at the start of the season and swap the odd player or two round on a match-by-match basis (depending on condition/injury/form etc). The team is permanently "picked".

When I'm playing in England I'll pick a team consisting mostly of kids and then save it as "League Cup Selection" so it's there for, obviously, the League Cup.

I never ask staff to pick the team.
