If it is then what sort of options would we have as skinners and graphic makers? I wouldn't have the time to subscibe and play FML but I'd still like to look into making skins or graphics for it. I understand the client itself is free to download but would a skinner be able to view all the screens and such that they would need to see in order to produce skins?
