Player interaction and team talks

At the moment it's a frankly useless and pointless feature. The options are so limited its embarrassing. For teamtalks there's the same old rubbish at the start which you tend to use over and over again, at half time and full time if a player has played badly all you can do is put 'angry' which does nothing and the player is not affected in the slightest. And also you can't punish players for bad performances anymore. You can go to player interaction and say you're deeply upset with their form but what about just the one match? Or one specific thing? They really need changing or there's no real point to teamtalks. The players just ignore them.

Teams talks do need an overhaul, and so does player interaction in general, I'm hoping we'll see some big changes for FM09.

Only when they get a 5. And player ratings are terrible in this game too. Even if a player makes a shocking mistake but scores a goal they'll get at least a 7. I want to be able to punish them for that mistake. 'Angry' does zilch.
