Frankchickens1 Posted April 28, 2012 Share Posted April 28, 2012 Even if not 100% off the back of his u19 success, the fact he is an ex-international , and if you continue to have success yourself, it should filter down. I was having some interesting FM memories the other day, and one was of a couple of FMs ago when I won everything with Southampton, and after about 15 consecutive champion league victories, all of my staff had world class reputation, including my female physio. She ended up getting hired as a coach by another team, and then when that sacked their manager she was promoted to be their manager. So I actually managed to get a female manager created by the game itself. Sadly without a screenshot I dont have any reason to expect anyone to believe me, but it did happen.
