mattknight Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 I am just starting a new game and just wanted a bit of advice! I have started in the Scottish Third Division. I have released all of the backroom staff and am trying to rebuild from scratch. I am allowed 2 coaches other than my Assistant. My question is: What "type" of coaches is it best to have? e.g. 2 normal coaches 1 x first team coach, 1 x coach 1 x coach, 1 x goalkeeping coach etc. Many thanks! davidbowie Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 Keep in mind you might have to make the coach a "coach" and not a "fitness" or "Goalkeeping" coach, you might pay a bit more. In your situation I personally go with a coach to do the two fitness areas, and one to do the two goalkeeping areas. The assistant handles the rest.
