ANDY1802 Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 i cant offer very long contracts, max is 3yrs bug? i am managing aNN italian serie b team, got em when they were playing in ITALIAN C2 (league two), massive financial problems here...since the really beginning TRANSFER MARKET BUDGET : 0 and at the moment my SALARY BUDGET is 1.1M maybe this is the reason? my chairman doesnt want long contracts cos he doesnt even know if we wont be bankrupted in 3-4-5yrs? i donno...jst saying...! Coentrao Posted February 23, 2012 Share Posted February 23, 2012 I've been wondering about this myself, for a while i thought it was because of my financial status but now i'm "rich" with around 70 million on the bank and i can only offer 3 year contracts to all the youngsters.
