ljwjones
Well as the title says, how long does it take for new coaches to get to work. I have just joined morecambe and rebuilt a whole new team who are playing well up until the chances department where there missing lots by just a little, so I just also revamped the coaching department with all new coaches with the hope that they can help. So how long would you expect till I see some return in the way of goals?
kingjericho
That has more to do with tactics than with coaches. The coaches' job is to develop player's attributes if they have good star ratings. I don't think there is an adaptation period for coaches.
hluraven
I would guess that it would be a gradual, continual slight improvement over your previous coaches. It shouldn't be an instant thing, there should maybe even be an adaptation period with (for example) opposition instruction advice being worse whilst your new coaching team get used to both your team and the opposition. As kingjericho said, I don't think there is adapatation for coaches like players though.
