Koppola Posted December 7, 2011 Share Posted December 7, 2011 Hello, I just bought fm2011 on DVD and i've correctly installed the latest patch available, but when i launch the game i get the message "Failed to find a default database to use. Please make sure your installation is not corrupt". Then i get it to the launch screen but when I try to start a new game it gives me a: "did not find any avaliable databases to use. make sure your installation is not corrupt". I've also tried to re install the game and clean all the possible sports interactive folders, but the same thing happens every single time. Im using Mac OS X 10.6.8.
