RedRedRobin Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 I've ticked the box in team policy that says "automatically apply assistant manager/coach opposition instructions at the start of a match" but when on the match day screen before I start the match, I go to opposition instructions and nothing has been set, is it a bug or is my assistant manager just crap? FrazT Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 It does depend on the assistants attributes and knowledge of the opponents- you will usually find some show onto weaker foot instructions but you need to check all the options as well. Bezzler Posted December 3, 2011 Share Posted December 3, 2011 It works fine for me. It may be because your asst manager does not have the right skills to do it ie low tactical ability. Who is your Asst manager ? I seem to remember that in FM11 i had the same problem when playing as Wycombe and i had to have a less skilled asst manager Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
