I signed all of the best ones who came to me, and immedately started searching for poachable targets. I found a few and offered contracts but I have to pay compensation to their clubs. My questions is, if they are only on trial contracts, what is the rationale for paying compensation to those teams??? Just a note: I don't have a problem paying up, I am just curious.
