Player interaction options

Is there a way to release a comment where it will usually say something along the lines of "player needs to lower wage demands" when you declare an interest in them? I've seen it happen before when it's transfers between AI managed clubs.

And also, how do I go about making a player "demand the wages" from his club to join me? It's happened to me an awful lot over the years where I've had to pay so much of a player's wages just to get him to join another club yet whenever I want a player who's wages I can't afford I'm screwed.

Any tips?

With regards to your second point, I think that is something between the player and his current club that you don't have any involvement in. They will arrange this between themselves after you have made him an offer.
