Si games i would like my money back!

To whom it may concern i would like to enquire about a refund. I bought football manager Friday evening and installed and got on great and played on it for about a hour and half. But since then i can't get back on the game ive done everything the FAQ has said looked at other forums etc. and nothing works. By the amount of people who have had problems with this you have seriously got to look at yourself and ask was it a really good idea having a steam supported product without no hard disk playability.There is no contact number only e-mail which noone will get back too. If you can get it up and running i would be grateful.If not i want a refund and if there is a refusal i will have no choice but to bring my laptop to your head office and you can try to get it working from there.

wally, in fairness, that is exactly the attitude SI would not want to promote....they will be looking to support their customers across all channels, it is in their interests to do so

the commonly acceptable view is that SI have treated their customers with absolute disregard for the last couple of seasons so i am sure they will be looking to turn things round this year

Frankowba... have you read and followed the FAQ? It says at the end of the FAQ that you need to then post in the bug forum if it should not resolve your situation with what you have tried, and the error message you get, and SI will endeavour to get your game working again. Please read the FAQ and post in the correct forum if the trouble shooting does not work, with the error message, and what you have done. Thanks.
