Rub Rub Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 Ive got 4gb of ddr2 ram, but ive just used an 8gb sd card for ready boost on my comp. Will this improve FM performance? i know it wont be anything drastic if it does as 4gb isnt too bad, but am just wondering if there is any point in using it. Thanks. Ricky Button Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 I believe FM is a 32 bit application which means it won't use any more than 4gb ram. I may be slightly wrong somewhere there, but I think it's the general idea behind it. Edit: Ignore me, I just re-read what you said and you're not even asking about more ram. Dur!
