rochey
I have searched the D/B and cant find any other posts like this... My question is: What Stats does a first team Coach need to have to be good? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Zan87
I don't see any difference between a first team coach and a regular coach. He only coaches the first team so just your regular coaching skills for whatever position your using him to train. He wont need working youngster. I guess you can try to find a well rounded coach, but to be honest I never both with first team coaches. I just get a batch of coaches to train senior and young players. rochey
so ur saying simply attacking/defending skills? thanks
Zan87
Pretty much. If you can also get them with good mental stats like, Determination, Motivating, some Discipline and even Adaptability then that would be even better.
Neji
Depends on what you want them to coach really. If you need someone for tactics then your coach needs a high number in tactics etc.
phnompenhandy
'Good' is relative to what level you're at (part-time non-league or Premiership?) and whether you want an all-rounder or specialise in one training mode. As Zan87 says, his ability would be the same as a regular coach; i think the only difference is a 1st team/Youth/Fitness coach can accept a lower salary.
