Sheva Elite
If I set Tempo to 1, they still seem to get it forward pretty quick. I can't really tell the difference. But when I put timewasting on 20, all my player dally on the ball. It's great for me. Thats exactly what I want them to do. Take their time, look for a good pass. Not just keep passing it forwards ASAP.
Sheva Elite
Big example: Usually the ball gets played to my left back in loads of space. Normally, he immeadiately plays it up the line to my AML. or passes inside to my MC. But with timewasting at 20, he just sits on the ball for about 3 seconds, draws in a midfielder, THEN he plays the ball, which is infinitely better. Creates so much more space and makes my team so much more of a threat.
Lazaru5
1. you have counter attack ticked... 2. dallying on the ball is ok until they lose possession... If I am ahead and approaching 70-75 mins I tend to gradually slow down the tempo and shorten the passing whilst steadily increasing the time-wasting. I rarely ramp time-wasting up to max except for maybe stoppage time and hardly ever get to 1 in tempo/passing
Sheva Elite
I dont have counter attack ticked. Well I do sometimes. But I didnt in this case. I was on Control.
phnompenhandy
Control is still quite an attacking mentality. Try low tempo with Defend or Contain (play even safer) when you're 2-0 ahead and see what happens.
