I offered contracts to 2 of the candidates and their reply was: 'I have no intention of joining your club' So why did they apply for the job?? Is this a known bug? I've no idea if it's a bug, or if it's just a simulation of humanity at it's most fickle. But either way, this bugs (no pun intended) the bejaysus out of me too.
