slipknot67 Posted March 6, 2011 Share Posted March 6, 2011 Your assistant feels that oi's are not needed to win the games, sometimes I find that getting in a new assistant gets the oi suggestions back...my guess is that the tactical knowledge attribute plays some part in this, along with how long the assistant has been at your club and therefor how well he knows your players and those of your opponents.
