Googie06
Im Middlesborough in the first season and in financial trouble with part of the west stand closed down. But I am below the wage budget and have £1million left for transfers. How do I get the club financially secure again?
shrewsbury
signing on fees and agents fees most probaly and they might have bad finanaces or debts one way to get the club to secure is to sell players use free agents or loans to try and replace them

Toaster1996
I would sell some of your high earners and then go to the 'Loan List' and then get some decent players on the 'Loan List'.
Biscotti
Keep in mnd that your wage budget is generally determined by the board based on what they anticipate the club will bring in as prize money and TV rights. If you're not earning as much as they thought in this department then just keeping within your wage budget might not be enough.
Canabary
I've found that boards are generally incapebale of understanding basic finance. You're often given a wage budget and a transfer budget that far exceeds your own revenue, and sends you straight into the red. My strategy with these clubs are to get rid of any unecessary affiliated clubs, try to get a feeder club in a market strong country to get more revenue, ship off high wage earners who really are of no use to me (usually for free tbh), loan out my youngsters and try to sell some players on profit to replace with youngsters instead. Putting your transfer budget into wages also increases your revenue as what isn't used for wages seem to collect interest in a bank somewhere. o JaY
Are you sure it was your stand? A lot of people have said this but when they looked back at the news item, they saw it was another teams stand that was closed.
