Nothing specific noted

Every time I have ever checked my team talk feedback more players than not have "nothing specific noted" next to their name. I have found this has always been the case since the feature was introduced to the game. Am I the only one who has this problem? Are my players not listening to me and, if so, what can I do to remedy this??

They are listening, but you're saying nothing new. you need to vary your approach to get more response out of them.

There aren't many options available! I do vary my talks as much as possible and most of the time get no response from anyone. Would giving each player an indivdual talk help perhaps??

I have found exactly the same problem, there are only so many things you can in most situations! You cannot say something different in every game in my opinion, but maybe I am doing this wrong also.

At the end of the day, providing you're winning games and their morale is high, you've nothing to fret over. The feature could do with some development, I agree.

I don't see this as a problem. Your ass man is just noting extreme reactions for you to exploit/worry about. If every team talk either inspired or destroyed every player in the team they would be impossible to use.

In FM2010 I was on a player's preferred personnel list. Disappointed always got him fired up at half time and pleased always made him happy after the game. It's something that develops with time.
