I then got a new assitant and he has been here for two seasons. When I want to ask him to do the opposition instructions it is just blanked out. I cannot click it. Rice2cu Posted January 18, 2011 Share Posted January 18, 2011 Tactical knowledge needs to be atleats 10 before an AssMan can give tactical advice. EDIT; Be careful because staff members stats can go down without you noticing. Twice this week, in low level league's, my AssMan's tactical knowledge stat dropped below 10.
