Matt ex SEGA
So you've both done the cache, and updated DirectX? Can you give us some more information about your PC's, please? Dxdiag reports would be useful. Cheers Matt

musical_hornet
My copy of FM 2011 has been working fine since November and has suddenly developed a problem. Every time I click on the name of a player to view his profile, it crashes and I receive a message saying "Football Manager 2011 11.0.0f151865 has stopped working". The "Problem Signature" is as follows: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: fm.exe Application Version: 11.0.0.20793 Application Timestamp: 4caf93c5 Fault Module Name: ntdll.dll Fault Module Version: 6.0.6002.18005 Fault Module Timestamp: 49e03821 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00301cf OS Version: 6.0.6002.2.2.0.256.6 Locale ID: 2057 Additional Information 1: bfef Additional Information 2: e8adce1c2b9e7be834b4063ac3c53863 Additional Information 3: bfed Additional Information 4: e8adce1c2b9e7be834b4063ac3c53863 Are you able to advise me on how I can fix this problem so that I can enjoy playing FM 2011 again? Also please can you tell me how I can register FM 2009 on my laptop since the telephone number it brings up to register by phone no longer exists and my laptop has no internet access? Kind regards. Matt ex SEGA
Chaps, I think your best bet at this point would be to contact Customer Services. They are contactable here - http://help.sega.com/?group=englishuk&t=EnglishUK musical_hornet, the last patch we released for FM09 removed the need to activate so if you download and install that you will be fine.
