Players rejecting what they asked for

I ve noticed this happening alot in this version of FM. Bascially what happens is ill get my offer for a player accepted and be asked to offer him a contract I offer the player what the agent asks for and the agent tells me he will get back to me. A while later he comes back saying the wages wernt high enough and he wants more bonuses. Surely if he wanted them he should of asked for them. Anyway is this a bug or not?

Are there other clubs offering contracts to him? In the old games I think if a player's head was turned by another offer, sometimes their demands would change, even after you've offered them the terms they originally asked for.

No Maxwell was transfer listed and his agent never mentioned any other clubs intrested. Also its happened twice with him after the first contract offer was rejected barca ofered him to me again. He gave me same demands as before and i gave offered him then. Now its last day of transfer window and he goes and rejects again.

Happens all the time to me too. Extremely frustrating.

The worst part is that it usually takes the player over a week to make a decision before he says no as well

I noticed this usually happens because you've offered terms that the agent accepts, but not the player.

For example, you could offer the player a lowerer wage, but a high agent fee, and the player won't accept.
