I am guessing you talk about FM10?? .. since there are 4 options in FM11. None of them affect what is learned. They only affect tutor happiness with the request. All tutoring will shift attributes of the youngster towards those of the tutor, as well as the possibility of getting his PPMs. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

So a youngster nobody ever heard about might fall on his ass if you preach him to get tutored by a known star, while a decent known player might get insulted that you praise him that much more than him...
