V1adimir
I wonder what exact purposes of Youth Academy and Youth Recruitment are in the game. What is the difference between them? Is it possible if a club doesn't have an Academy but its Recruitment is quite high? Thanks!

Ishu
Youth Recruitment is the recruitment area for the club. More/Better recruitment rating means higher PA for regens. So a club CAN have a high Recruitment area even witout an academy. I'm not sure what the academy does. Think it just gets better or maybe more diverse regens.
