brado009
Hi, I don't use Steam but I thought the idea was that you could play your games on any computer where Steam was installed? I downloaded the demo on my Mac and home and was hoping to continue the game on my PC at work. It shows that I've played the game for 6 hours already (on my Mac at home), but I there's no game to load on my PC at work. Is this because it's a demo and not a full purchase? Thanks! Administrators Neil Brock Posted October 22, 2010 Administrators Share Posted October 22, 2010 You've signed in with the same account yeah? And the demo is already shown as being downloaded? Let me know, thanks.
brado009
Correct. I downloaded the demo to my work PC this morning and before I even hit 'Play' it showed I had played this title for 6 hours, so I thought I'd be good. The game fired up and the option to Load Last Game was grayed out. When clicking to just Load Game, it searches for a save file on my local machine (and there isn't one on my work PC). So really the only option I have is to start another new game on my PC and continue my other game on my Mac.

michaeltmurrayuk
FM2011 doesn't support Steam Cloud so if you want to use the same save game on different machines you will need to transfer it manually between the computers.
