Gourcuff20
I personally find the training screen weird. Why do I have those three categories, Defenders, Midfielders and Strikers if I can't modify them? They are useless for someone who usually changes them to suit his players

blala
I mean this from miles blog Another major improvement in training is the chance to get players to train in specific areas which include quickness, strength, stamina, jumping, finishing, freekicks, corners, taking and saving penalties, long throws, dribbling, technique, agility, balance, heading, agility, crossing, passing and kicking and handling (for goalkeepers, obviously). And don’t worry if that seems overwhelming – your staff will give you advice in the staff meetings, and suggestions of which players should be concentrating on which areas. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/opinion/blogs/football-manager-2010/Exclusive-Football-Manager-2011-blog-with-Miles-Jacobson-day-12-the-new-training-regimes-revealed-article600581.html
Gourcuff20
Yes, go where I've said you. Each player has a "Training" Tab, and you will find there a dropdown menu called "Individual Training Focus"
SI Staff Riz Remes Posted October 21, 2010 SI Staff Share Posted October 21, 2010 Individual training focus can be set for players in the team training screen, when selecting the "Individual Training Focus" view from the View menu (top right of the player list at the bottom part of the screen). You can also go to the player profile and choose the "Training" tab and set the individual training focus from the top left "Training Report" panel.
